    My 2 night stay in Old Dutch House

    The colonial old world ambiance of the place. homely food, although costly. The location

    The room was small. Lighting was not proper. The sanitary fittings in the bathroom was not fixed properly very crude. Early morning the water in the tap stopped

    The location of the accomodation is in the centre of the fort so very easy to roam the streets and the fort. The evenings are very pleasant to walk around. The place is 400+ years old Sonit was an experience to stay at a heritage place

    The place is 400+ years old and therefore it can be expected to have some limitations. Since we were 3 of us the place seemed to be very tiny which was a bit of discomfort. Maybe the double rooms are more comfortable due to space.

    Charming, well-located homestay with warm hosts, but cleanliness needs improvement.

    The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the lighthouse. The setting is beautiful, with plenty of plants and greenery around the premises. It’s an old, charming house, and the warm, welcoming family hosting you makes the stay feel truly homely.

    We found cockroaches on the bed and around the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably on our first night. The family was responsive and helpful—they provided a spray and thoroughly cleaned the room again the next day to address the issue.
