Low key, quiet, pretty sunrise directly across the property with the water and boats. The breakfast is homemade and very good. The area is ok, you can drive up the coast to Camden which has better shopping and restaurants. The staff, the owners,live on the property right beside the inn are not as friendly as I would have liked. They were both there available but never offered us any advice about what to do in the area even though we probed. When trying to make conversation with Ed, it never went anywhere. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with a great breakfast included and don’t care to make conversation this is your place.

Clean, comfortable
Inn owners are very kind. They recommended a wonderful place walking distance from the Inn that had fresh pasta with an outdoor patio (Ada’s Kitchen). At the Inn—It’s not fancy, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was very good.

Wonderful gem right in downtown Rockland - lovely inn and furnishings, gracious host, wonderful freshly-made breakfast, informative, homey, comfortable. Can't wait to go back!
