    Owner of the property Rino, is super nice guy. He gave us whole day of quad bike riding around the hills. Amazing experience with local guide commentary. I havent had so much fun in long time. We had such a wonderful time. Place is clean and cozy, far away from other people. If you want to spend the time with your family or friends, just enjoy each others company away from usuall crowds of people, but with all the comfort of modern world, dont look any forward. Also good starting point for 1-day trips, train station less then 10mins driving away, all sort of shops and restaurants at he same distance. Certainly one of the best holidays we ever had.

    A Wonderful Stay We had such a fantastic stay at Old House Zabok and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house has so much character and charm, while still having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, and the pool was a huge bonus—especially with the kids! The location was also perfect for us. It gave us the feeling of being surrounded by the Croatian countryside while still being close enough to explore Zabok, Zagreb and so many beautiful places around Hrvatsko Zagorje. What really made the stay special, though, was the feeling of the place. It wasn’t just somewhere we stayed it felt like a little home away from home. We made some wonderful family memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. A big thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable and welcoming. We would 100% recommend Old House Zabok to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and authentic place to stay in Croatia. We would happily come back again! ❤️

    The only small downside for us was that, as we wanted to do some of Croatia’s bigger adventure activities and main attractions, some of them required around 2–3 hours of driving. However, we knew we wanted to explore quite a lot of Croatia, so this was more about our choice of activities than the house itself.
