    I was upgraded to one of the new rooms, and they were excellent. Great mountain views. Really comfortable bed.

    Enjoyed my stay there. Food was good. Staff and owner are friendly and always there to help out

    Location was great. Good view of the valley from balcony. Has an old charm to it.

    Would definitely stay again.

    Excellent location next to the Serena. Fabulous large social area. Excellent staff who try to help. Good value mid September. Close to share van drop off and pick up point outside the Serena, 15 minutes to the main Karimabad area near the fort.

    Long check-ins - rooms never seemed ready when guests arrived LOL, superb breakfasts but long waits for dinner. 7am taxi a no-show despite me checking, and no staff about to help at 7.00am despite promises there would be. Normal hot water and power problems.

    phantastic location and extraordinary friendly and helpful people. Liaqat has organized a four days trek within 24 hours. Bravo!
