    Fabulous

    Location was great, near everything. It was my first stay in a B&B. It was very charming and quaint. The proprietor was lovely. He was very informative about things to do, directions and suggestions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Especially the home baked goodies.

    We had a great visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake which was made even better with our stay at Old Ivy Walk

    Philip was a great host and his breakfasts were top notch. Location was very close to everything we had planned for our stay. The unique shower was entertaining.

    The bed was atrocious. The room was well defined with furniture and needs, but the bed was stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. We did have to use the fan to keep the room cool. Thank you for having the fan there.
