Great location, modern apartment in an old townhouse
Terrible smell in the bathroom (from the drain I guess), Also the sink wasn’t cleaned:( and my bedding had stains:( and someone’s hair…(like the bathroom sink) The apartment is not quiet inside - it’s not well soundproofed (weekend: you hear people and music from the bar on the other side of the street, when it rains it hits so strongly the right windowsill).

Outside seems a little run down but the apartment has been upgraded throughout. Very clean modern feel to the place.
We had to use the key to lock the street door, both inside and outside. Everytime I exited I thought of trying to escape a fire and having to deal with the key.
