    Wonderful weekend away in Hawkshead.

    Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Really helpful and communication was absolutely excellent. Breakfast was lovely too. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and tea/coffee facilities filled regularly. The actual location was perfect too.

    Homely and friendly Cosy stay and definitely stay again. Emma and Mark went the extra mile to accommodate us. Plenty of parking space included in our stay. Convenient distance for transport and village facilities

    Great location - peaceful but convenient.

    Great location as I was doing The Lap ultramarathon around Lake Windermere so it was close to the start and finish point, but situated in a nice village location with some amenities for my husband to entertain himself while I was out all day on the trails. Room was very comfortable, and breakfast was fabulous! The perfect way to refuel after the gruelling ultra marathon! Lovely, welcoming hosts and great to have parking on-site too.
