    Fabulous cottage, great space, location and has everything for a comfortable stay. Needs a good clean and it would be im

    Excellent location for where we needed to be. The space was light and bright, helped especially by an impressive kitchen/dining extension. Lovely outlook onto garden and fields.

    The one downside was the property was dirty - cobwebs everywhere, even on the toilet roll. Surfaces didn’t feel or look like they’d been cleaned recently, eg the hob was dust covered. If it had a good deep clean and regularly kept on top of this would be a 10/10 property. The outside area which is such a credit to the property had brambles coming out including over the gate to get outside. Such an easy fix!

    Very comfortable little cottage with all the required facilities

    Easy to find secure and covered all our requirements

    For three old men we could have done with another toilet? But that’s an age thing I’m told!!

    Beautiful views in a gorgeous location

    The beautiful views from the kitchen. Bluebell woods nearby. Easy walking distance to Kinswood winery.

    Worked well as a family location with dogs in tow.

    Location, size, parking, security, value for money given the bank holiday weekend

    I may not have read the description well enough but I wasn’t aware there was a separate hayloft accommodation upstairs. I also felt some smaller aspects of the property could be fairly simply improved (a better clean, some simple touching up) and the property would get a better overall review. A 10/10 is within easy reach in my humble opinion. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is meant.
