    L’hôte pourrait améliorer le stockage des valises,

    L’emplacement et propre, joli et confortable. Le seul problème est le manque de suivi du service à distance. Ils n’ont jamais pu nous envoyer quelqu’un pour réparer la TV.

    Il serait plus agréable si le service à distance est plus performant. Ils ne répondent pas ou lorsqu‘ils répondent ils sont incapables d’organiser la visite d’un technicien pour réparer la TV qui n’a jamais marché lors de notre séjour.

    Short break in Porto

    Lovely clean apartment. The location was excellent. Supermarket very close if you needed it and there was also a bag storage facility at the shop opposite.

    Loved our stay here! Great location and lovely accommodation!

    great location. Nice apartment. It had everything we needed. The only difficulty we had was we couldn't figure out how to work the combo washer/dryer? We are not familiar with this type of washer and we really couldn't figure it out. It would be great if a step-by-step instruction manual was available for guests. The hosts were very helpful though and were available to answer questions.

    Liked it all.
