  Единственное, что соответствует фотографиям - это бассейн и гриль-зона. Вид прекрасный.

  1. Комнаты очень маленькие. И не в одной комнате нет окон! Ты живешь как в подвале. В двух спальнях один пульт от кондиционеров. То есть ночью чтобы из изменить температуру нужно сходить за пультом в другую комнату! В гостиной - одни батарейки на два пульта от телевизора и кондиционера, приходилось постоянно их менять между пультов. 2. Огромное количество разных насекомых в доме. На полу и на кроватях, в ванной.. везде. 3. Мы заселились на 3,5 дня, до бронирования мы связывались с владельцем по телефону через гугл карты и он заверил, что все отлично и соответствует описанию. НО, после бронирования и заселения, оказалось, что на вилле отсутствует интернет. Владелец клятвенно обещал решить этот вопрос, ежедневно по несколько раз писал о том, что решит. По факту - ничего. Пришлось самим покупать дополнительный пакет роуминга на телефонах. 4. С нас потребовали депозит при заселении. Хотя этого нигде не было указано!! 5. При выезде, меня обвинили в том, что мы оставили грязной виллу. То есть мы якобы не вынесли вовремя мусор за территорию виллы и им придется это делать самим!! Платя по 400 евро за ночь я вообще не обязана что либо убирать и уж тем более, выносить мусор за пределы виллы. Полотенце был всего один комплект на все время проживания. 6. Ну и без машины, там делать нечего. 11 минут на машине нужно подниматься по серпантину до виллы. Пешком нереально

  Wonderful stay

  We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The view was absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Nina and Petar were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

  Fantastic place to stay, top class property

  Beautifully restored old house, stunning location with amazing view across Split and the islands. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Top quality equipment throughout the property. Communication with the hosts was excellent, We felt home immediately. Could’ve stayed there for the entire summer!!

  Perfect holiday in a beautiful house

  After spending whole two weeks in Gornja Podstrana in Nina’s and Peter’s house, we can surely recommend it. From the first meeting with the owners, you can feel that you are being taken care of. Owners provided us with all the things that we have mentioned during conversations before our arrival. What is more, we were welcomed with a cold drink, which was perfect after our long journey. The house itself is a perfect place for rest. Big pool, breathtaking views and a comfy house is a perfect choice for your family holiday. When it comes to the house, every room is air conditioned, which is a massive pro of this location. It is also very well-equipped and what is really worth highlighting - it is very clean. The thing that really elated our family were the bedrooms that were fully dark. After closing the window shutter, the room was cold and comfy to get a great night sleep. The modern furniture combined with classic stone walls create an incredible atmosphere. However the biggest advantage of the house, without a doubt is the outdoor kitchen. Fully equipped with both gas and charcoal grill make this “room” a place where you spend the whole time during summer. To sum it up, Nina and Peter are incredible owners who created a perfect summer destination for both families and friend groups. We are really eager to come back next year, and we hope it will happen 😊
