  Locatation and host

  If you want to feel the real Tbilisi, this is a place you simply have to try!I absolutely loved the location! Just a short walk to Freedom Square, surrounded by beautiful vintage buildings that seem to tell the old story of the city. Even the old staircase at the entrance of the hotel has its own charm. I loved sitting there with my coffee, just watching the neighbourhood. And believe me, everything is at your doorstep! Authentic Georgian and Iranian food, American fast food, cosy little family-run coffee shops, bars, a karaoke bar for a fun evening, two Spar supermarkets, and plenty of wine shops offering Georgian wine tasting! So many souvenir shops where you can find beautiful magnets, local wines and little gifts at great prices. And please, don't miss the little shop selling pomegranate wine ice cream in a cone! Absolutely delicious! Even a Catholic church is nearby. Everything, literally everything!The room is spacious, with a lovely window and a small pantry in the hotel where you can prepare your morning coffee. Despite being in the heart of everything, the neighbourhood is peaceful. You really get a 360-degree experience of Tbilisi, its history, food, wine, people and everyday life! But what touched me most was Mr. Nicolas. We realised we had made a double booking when we were back in the UAE, and he happily agreed to refund $45. Since I live in the UAE, arranging the bank transfer was complicated. I didn't even follow up. But he didn't forget! He found someone in Dubai and made sure the money reached me. And I thought, how many business owners would go that extra mile for just $45?For me, it was never about the money. It was about integrity and keeping your word, even when nobody is reminding you. Mr. Nicolas, you deserve seven stars, not five! God bless you, and never lose that integrity. It is the best business card you could ever have. I will always recommend your place in Tbilisi!

  Месторасположение - в самом центра Старого Тбилиси, вблизи ресторанов, банков и всего. Отношение персонала великолепное.

  Состояние номера. Местами оторванные обои, торчащие провода от старых светильников, но, самое ужасное - плесень в ванной комнате. Она чувствовалась даже на запах. Повсюду по углам паутина.

  Unfortunately...

  - The location was perfect. It's close to everything in the city center. - The room was very big and had its own bathroom. - The staff was helpful and friendly. They let us leave our belongings at the facility even after we had checked out.

  - Even though they accept early check-in, we still arrived at 2:00, but they didn't give us the room until around 2:40. - The toilet seat were broken. - The bathroom was really small, and the gap between the toilet and the wall was so close that you couldn't even do it. When you shower, the floor and everything gets wet. - They said it was a king-sized bed, but it was a bit small and really squeaky. - The walls were so thin that you could always hear the other rooms, which was very uncomfortable. - The building was old and ugly on the outside.
