    Если бы за квартирой следили, убирали, то оценка была бы намного выше. Пришлось по приезду самим помыть полы, постирать

    Наличие кондиционера, стиральной машины и другой нужной техники. Близость метро, остановки, наличие обменника и магазина прямо в доме.

    Постельное белье из синтетики, потрепанного вида, грязные занавески, отсутствие должной уборки, отсутствие принадлежностей для мытья посуды, гладильная доска, которую уже давно надо заменить. Куча пустых бутылок от алкоголя в нише шкафа.

    Комфортно внутри, есть все необходимое для проживания, владелец был гостеприимным и помог с парковкой. Несмотря на дорогу под домом было тихо и спокойно

    Душ протекал, возможно требует ремонта. Далековато от центра

    Хорошая небольшая квартира. В квартире все есть, дом приятный.

    Через дорогу сносили дом и было шумно. Интернет периодически работал не быстро.
