  Nice apartment and location but hospitality could improve

  The location was good, spacious room, the bed seemed comfortable but I didn’t get to sleep in it.

  Unfortunately the toilet didn’t flush properly when I arrived, this was sorted out quickly but I waited around for it 1 hour but wasn’t a big deal on its own. What let the property down was the attitude of the owner. I received a message saying if I did not pay cash within 30 minutes then booking.com would force me to leave immediately, I have never heard of this before and believe it to be a lie. When I said I did not have cash and would need to find an atm if I couldn’t pay by card this time was then more flexible, however when I asked if it was possible to stay for a shorter amount of time (i could only take so much money out an atm per month), I was told to leave immediately and the WiFi was turned off so I couldn’t even find an alternative (I asked if there was at least a bar or restaurant nearby and the host said she didn’t know) It’s a shame a conversation couldn’t have been had but unfortunately I had a bad impression as soon as eviction was threatened within half an hour. I believe if money is needed that urgently there should be an option to pay online which I would have preferred to do. Hopefully the host will add this option so future guests can use the self check in feature and enjoy their day as soon as they arrive.

  Great location, inside the old town.

  The sofa bed in the small room isn't the best place to sleep. When it is extended it has different levels of its parts.

  Świetna lokalizacja. Niezbędne wyposażenie. Niezłe dla krótkiego zwiedzania miasta, jak i dla zatrzymania się w podróży.

  Expected better

  We loved the location and the owner, she's really nice and helpful! The apartment itself is clean and has cute soft window seats between the bedroom and the kitchen. A great place to sleep at, quite dark and quiet.

  The general impression of the apartment is that it's a bit off-putting, to be honest. The apartment looks like it needs renovation, the shower head has holes and it's a bit difficult to shower. The toilet is leaking, and the shower cabin as well.
