  Not the best

  The main positives for this property were the value and the general cleanliness. At £100, the price was good value and a bit cheaper than some of the other places in the local area. Additionally, the room was somewhat clean upon arrival, which was a welcome baseline for the stay.

  Unfortunately, the customer service and communication left a lot to be desired, as the lady managing the booking was quite rude. About five days before my stay, she asked for an estimated arrival time. I was honest and stated that I wasn't 100% sure, noting it might be around 8:00 PM but could be earlier. Standard check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, yet I was told my room would be late. It supposedly became ready at 5:15 PM, but she never bothered to actually inform me of this, leaving me needlessly waiting around. The room itself also had a few frustrating issues. There was a significant amount of noise during my stay, which made it very difficult to relax. Furthermore, the curtains were entirely inadequate; they were not blackout curtains at all, failing completely to block out the outside light or prevent people from being able to see into the room. Having traveled extensively through Romania and stayed in many different places, I have paid a similar price and received much better services, facilities, and general quietness all across the country, even in the capital, Bucharest. Ultimately, considering these issues, I would highly recommend paying the extra £10 or so for another place in the area which will give you much better facilities. Finally, there was a concern regarding a dog behind the property's security gate. Because it was a poodle, it wasn't an inherently aggressive dog, but when I tried to enter, it kept barking and trying to defend its ground—an encounter I have evidence of. While I understand the dog may not belong to the owner, guests absolutely need to be warned about its presence. It would be basic courtesy to inform guests about this beforehand, as many people have dog phobias or allergies and would need to know this before booking.

  Decent

  Great location, equipped with necessary amenities and easy to get the keys. Also, the WiFi worked really well.

  When we checked in (a bit after the check-in open), the apartament was not ready - they had to come and clean & prepare it while we were our for lunch because apparently the cleaning firm didn't show up that day. They fixed the problem, but it was still inconvenient. Also, the shower was leaking.

  Boa localização, espaçoso, boa cama, banheiro muito bom. Não possui ar condicionado, o que talvez pode ser problema para alguns durante o verão. Mas no geral muito bom.
