La posizione, centrale, l'aria condizionata, lo stendibiancheria.
La cucina: troppo poco attrezzata per preparare un pasto completo, con il frigorifero poco pulito e il freezer pieno di brina come fosse neve. Il divano letto non molto comodo.

旧市街を体感できる滞在
オーナーがチェックインの方法を写真を使ってわかりやすく説明してくれたので、スムーズにチェックインできました。エレベーターなど建物の設備は古いですが、その旧市街独特の古さを楽しむことができました。アパートの部屋は懐かしいレトロな内装で、とても広々としていて眺めも良く、ゆったりと快適に過ごすことができました。冷蔵庫の冷たい水と本格的なコーヒーのサービスも嬉しかったです。夏の昼間は暑いブカレストですが、朝には窓を開けると爽やかな風が入ってきてリラックスしたひと時を送ることができました。
エレベーターは古くて小さくて、最初はきちんと動くか怖かったですが、今では良い思い出になりました。
