The place is nice and the location was great

The host was not professional at all and very disappointing. Information about check-in was not provided, only on the arrival. Also, the place was not ready. The host dropped the call in the middle of the conversation and created additional stress and worry. Additionally, there was no apology to this situation, I would not come back or choose this place again.
