  We really loved the apartment. It’s very spacious and in a great location, right on a pedestrian street in the center of Santa Cruz, with lots of shops around and a really nice, lively atmosphere. The host is very friendly and helped us with all the information we needed.

  The only downside for us was the heat. There is no air conditioning. There are fans, but for us they weren’t enough. If you’re used to sleeping at around 19–22°C, it can be quite difficult to sleep when it’s hot. I would recommend checking the weather before you book.

  Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne, czyste i przestronne. Materace są wygodne. W kuchni była kawiarka na kapsułki więc jest to wygodny sposób zrobienia kawy (kapsułki trzeba kupic samemu). Lokalizacja jest jednocześnie plusem i minusem tego apartamentu. Wszędzie blisko, centrum, dużo restauracji dookoła. Ale z drugiej strony w centrum jest głośno więc jak się śpi latem przy otwartym oknie to nie da się spać. Szybki internet w całym mieszkaniu, nadaje się na pracę zdalną.

  Brak klimatyzacji, niskie ciśnienie pod prysznicem. Parking miejski podziemny płatny.

  Famiglia numerosa in vacanza

  Gli spazi ampi, la presenza di due bagni molto grandi, lavatrice e asciugatrice, tutti i negozi a portata. Cucina fornita di diversi elettrodomestici, apprezzata in particolare la macchina per fare la schiuma del latte. Mancavano alcune cose in cucina (forchette e tazze x tutti) e i tappetini antiscivolo nelle vasche/docce, ma il proprietario ci ha ha portato tutto in tempi molto veloci.

  Premetto che non ho letto attentamente la descrizione quando ho prenotato, quindi alcune cose non avrebbero dovuto sorprendermi. Non c'è l'aria condizionata e purtroppo non si possono tenere le finestre aperte per il rumore della via pedonale. É stato impossibile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze per il van 9 posti. I parcheggi a pagamento sono troppo piccoli. L'acqua arriva con poca pressione, perciò era difficile usare le docce in contemporanea. La mancanza dell'ascensore per noi é stata una difficoltà avendo la nonna al seguito, ma era segnalato. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno abbiamo notato più volte la presenza di scarafaggi che fuggivano al nostro arrivo.
