Royal it isn't
The location is excellent, there is a lot of space, and everything was quite clean. Despite the central location, the apartment is rather quiet (except for some noise from construction). The beds are comfortable too. Grocery and other stores are just around the corner, as is Café Louvre.
The "royal" elements (chandeliers, black leather sofas, pseudo brocade curtains etc.) coexist uneasily with the otherwise rather old, scuffed furniture. The white carpet is a definite tripping hazard. In general, you have to be comfortable with climbing stairs - there are around 90 steps to the apartment, and no elevator. Having a big bed in the middle of the living room was also a bit irritating, but if more than two people are using the apartment, this makes sense, of course.

An Ideal Prague home, situated in the heart of the city!
Absolutely WONDERFUL. The apartment was great, clean, quiet, safe and had everything you want for a home. Not only that! It is like two minutes away from the tram/metro stop and the main street. I had many questions to ask Krste and family during my time there and they were able to answer and assist almost immediately. Extremely helpful and nice people! They spoke English and that made me very relaxed because I do not speak Czech. It was a wonderful time in Prague and must thank them for their hospitality and home. The next time I am in Prague, I hope to visit this property again and it gave me great memories of a wonderful time in Prague. Dekuji!

The host is super kind. Rooms are good condition. Here is very Good place. Old town, karlovy Bridge, supermarkets and tram station Every places are near this apartment.

Perfect stay.
Perfect location, great apartment, very clean no complaints. Host was incredible let us check in early. Very easy and fast to communicate.
No lift so had to go up 3 flights of stairs but wasn’t really a problem at all.
