    Cancelled booking while I was in the air...

    I'm sorry. I'm sure they are lovely people and it's a nice place but they double booked me. They said hello on WhatsApp in the morning and while I was flying I got a message saying they didn't have space. To be fair, they offered me the first night in another hotel free of charge but the other two (I booked 3 in total) weren't available. If I didn't have a roaming sim and data, I wouldn't even have known until I arrived at 10pm. It's a shame as it seems to have really nice reviews but unfortunately I have to say what happened. They did their best but I have to warn others on booking.com that this happened, and I can only imagine it could happen again.
