Comfortable Stay in a Calm and Convenient Location
We had everything we needed, especially the convenience of having parking right in front of the door. The shopping mall was only a few minutes away, and the place really felt like home. Livingston is calm and peaceful, and there were nice paths nearby where I could go jogging. The train station is also very close, making it easy to reach Edinburgh within a short time by train. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, had everything you need!
Clean, comfortable and had everything you need including toiletries, washing facilities, complimentary tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless in a lovely residential area.

Great place to stay. Very clean and all things you would need. Lovely quiet area so perfect for my family ☺️ A great location and shops near by. Organised a Supermarket delivery so perfect if that suits you. Great to have a washing machine and a clothes dryer! Full kitchen to cook and a great sized fridge freezer. We booked 4 nights but will definitely be booking again for future visits. Communication was great and clean check in instructions.
Not that we didn't like it but more cutlery and plates would have been helpful.
