    Great location and apartment

    Good location in Elvira. If you dont know Elvira though its a very quiet area. We knew this and were happy but there's no many restaurants / cafes etc except for a shopping centre area Host was great all done via WhatsApp so much information given. The apartment was lovely such a nice balcony. We had a 4 month old and it had all the facilities we needed for bottles and washing / drying clothes.

    Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Ruhe.

    Wir sind das 2.Mal in dieser Gegend zum Testen gewesen, die Aussicht der Terrasse war das Schönste. Alles andere bei Genauem Hinschauen schmuddelig. Den ersten Tag habe ich erst mal geputzt, alle Kissenbezüge vom Balkonsofa sowie Kissen innen gewaschen, da alle fleckig. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir gekauft, da die Espresso für den Ofen defekt. Das Haus ist ekelhaft dreckig, ebenso die hinteren 2 Pool, in welchen man vor Dreck [Baumblätter u.a.] nicht baden konnte. Schmutzige Gardinen, welche ewig kein Wasser gesehen haben. Für die Sonnenliege gab's keine Auflage, ebenso keine Strandhandtücher. Da dies mal eine Hotelanlage war, welche pleite gegangen ist, fehlt das Geld an allen Ecken und Enden. Überall bröckelt der Putz ab. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist zu teuer. Täglich konnte man eine Putzfrau beobachten, welche mit primitiven Mitteln über den alten Putz versucht hat, zu streichen. Gleichzeitig kehrte diese am nächsten Tag die Kakerlaken weg, welche der Rohrreiniger nach oben brachte. Einfach nur ekelig.
