    Appena arrivati c’era un insetto molto grande, simile a una blatta, e mentre cercavamo di catturarlo, ne abbiamo visto anche un altro. Abbiamo provato a chiedere aiuto alla struttura, e ci è stato detto che era una cosa fuori dal loro controllo e non potevano fare altro che inserire delle trappole (tra l’altro non sono state nemmeno inserite) Abbiamo chiesto il refound e ci è stato negato, non siamo stati rilocati in una nuova struttura. Nessun aiuto, solo un lavarsi le mani. Esperienza terribile, non abbiamo chiuso occhio, veramente vergognoso
