Struttura bellissima. Camere pulite, ampie, arredi molto curati. Bagno enorme, doccia caldissima (molto importante in una città con tempo spesso umido e freddo) Servizio ristorazione eccellente. Tutto buonissimo dall’antipasto al dolce. Cenare con il camino accesso è stato il tocco in più Colazione varia e altrettanto gradita Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. Grande cura e attenzione anche nei confronti dei piccoli ospiti. Ci hanno fornito il latte per la notte e ci hanno offerto una torta per festeggiare il compleanno

The staff was very helpful
Difficulty sleeping due to dogs outside the hotel and barking noises . Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel is very expensive compared to the services and standard of accommodation it offers. The furniture is old and needs renovation, and the room was not up to my expectations. I expected a much better experience for the price I paid, so I don't think the hotel offers good value for money. There is no entrance specifically for people with disabilities. لا تغركم الصور و الاشياء ابدا مب حلووو سعر الفندق غالي فيه كلاب فليل و الصبح غربان بدون مكيف و مرات حر الاثاث قديم و الاصوات تنسمع في كل مكان

A 5 star tranquil oasis in the cool of the mountains
Tucked up in the hills this sophisticated accommodation is a 5 star experience. The staff are excellent, the food is excellent & the views from the tea plantation is excellent. We felt like we were in the movie Out Of Africa but Sri Lanka will do. Breakfast on the lawn was exceptional. You do need a car or driver for this accommodation or the hotel can provide. We didn’t want to leave.
