    Convenient location for what we wanted to do and quiet despite being in a built-up area. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms as a party of four friends. Fans upstairs given the heatwave. Light & airy. Small but comfortable patio area. Ease of access and clear instructions re alarm system. Good communication with hosts.

    Only a 3 seater settee with one ordinary chair in the living room. Some basic kitchen utensils lacking, eg. Kitchen scissors. A few more cups and mugs would have been appreciated. Outside rubbish bins overflowing so not easy to dispose of waste on departure but evidently this is an ongoing issue which is being addressed. Instructions on when refuse collections are could be helpful??

    Met needs. Well loved house

    Mismatched cutlery and crockery, no can opener. Seating in lounge could be more comfortable for a family..
