  The apartment is coverall quite new, and we had a pleasant stay. The location is also very good and convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved to provide an even better guest experience. The floors could have been cleaner upon arrival, and the cutlery, especially for the sofa did not seem to have been properly cleaned or freshly washed. Since we arrived in the evening, it would also have been appreciated if a complimentary bottle of drinking water had been provided. The washing machine had a very strong unpleasant odor and showed visible signs of mold. In addition, the upholstery on the sofas was stained and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a little more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, the apartment would be a mice place for future guests.

  Sehr gemütlich, nahe zum Zentrum, nahe an Lebensmitteläden und dem Bahnhof. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Balkon perfekt zum entspannen. Tadellose Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

  Apartment not a penthouse .

  Great location and apartment is in a handy location for all of Malaga,s attractions.

  Apartment was spacious and had all described, however it was far from perfect. The balcony has a leaking over flow pipe and the furniture was unclean .There was insufficient toilet rolls for our week stay and we were only given a thin shower towel and one small hand towel each .When I asked about fresh towels I was told they would cost 20 euros for a service charge. This is not a cheep apartment and I expected better .You are also expected to pretty much do all of the cleaning and chores before you leave too ..Little details matter and this apartment was not value for money.

  Great stay in Malaga

  The apartment is very well located - short walk to the centre and beach, and quick to escape the city by car to visit other places. Very clean, well equipped, renovated. The contact with the owner Dora was great, she gave many handy tips on where to park. We stayed with 3 people, the flat was spacious enough.
