It was an amazing stay, extremely clean and very well organised
The apartment was amazing, all the details were very carefully selected to make our stay more than comfortable
Everything was perfect

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s perfectly located—just steps away from a beautiful, clear beach and nearby restaurants. The street itself is quiet and peaceful, yet the lively evening area with shops and dining is only a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher...), and the balcony was lovely in the morning thanks to the rollo curtain. By evening, no extra shade was needed—just perfect for relaxing. The bedrooms were cool, calm, and very comfortable. There is also an iron and ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer... Beds in the living room are ok, but not as comfy for sleeping as the ones downstairs in bedrooms. Living room is one open space that includes dining and kitchen area and has well working AC. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would happily return!
The only minor issue was the shower, as the water pressure wasn’t very strong. It was strong enough to wash my long hair, but I wish it was just a little bit stronger. However, this seems to be a common thing in the area and not specific to the property, which I believe because it is the third villa in Nikiti that I've stayed in that shares this issue.

Really all that you may need was there. Very clean and nice property, 5 min to beach. Excellent communication with host.
Really nothing to complain about...
