Appartamento accogliente. Host cortese e disponibile.
La posizione non è delle migliori. Non ben collegata col centro. Viaggiando molto e avendo avuto a che fare con molti host devo evidenziare che mi ha colpito che la cucina fosse accessoriata ma priva di ogni genere alimentare. C’è la macchinetta ma non il caffè. Trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in casa quale gesto di cortesia sarebbe stata cosa gradita…ma evidentemente sono stato fortunato io nelle mie precedenti esperienze.

Absolutely beautiful property with comfortable facilities. Two bathrooms was nice and the sauna is phenomenal. Quick access to bus stop to get to city center.

Gute Entspannungsoase mitten in Rom
Sauna & eigener Garten Moderne Einrichtung Liebevoller Empfang Bei Problemen gab es direkt Hilfe :) Supermarkt / ÖPNV fußläufig erreichbar
Unterkunft liegt außerhalb vom Zentrum, über 30 min Umsteigeverbindung -mit Veranstaltungslocation fußläufig hat es für mich gut gepasst

Everything is new and looks exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is clean, and the sauna is brand new and works perfectly.
The apartment is suitable for a short stay. I stayed for two weeks as I was undergoing medical treatment in Rome. One Friday evening, I got locked out because I forgot my building entrance key inside. I called the owner, but he only replied after 24 hours. Fortunately, a neighbor was kind enough to let me in. I requested two extra sets of towels, considering my two-week stay, but was told I could wash them myself. Additionally, the soap dispensers in the bathrooms had laundry detergent. The hot water in the shower fluctuates continuously between cold and scalding hot, making it impossible to have a relaxing shower. The owner does not respond on weekends. The location is quite far from the city center, and any trip to the center by taxi or public transport takes about 30 minutes.
