    Oliver sulla via del mare leider ein Reinfall

    Der Check In fand in einem 500m entfernten Büro statt, indem gefühlt sämtliche Immobilien verwaltet wurden. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärung war freundlich, konnte aber nicht in Deutsch geführt werden. Die Lage war zentral gelegen und man konnte in der Nähe zu einem kleinen Einkaufsladen über die Straße laufen. Der Strand war keine 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Bars und Pizzerias waren viele im Umkreis von 200m erreichbar.

    Am Haus angekommen befand sich dieses in Renovierung und war komplett eingerüstet. Der Aufzug war nur ab dem 2. Stock nutzbar und nicht für den ersten Stock, somit musste das Gepäck nach oben geschleppt werden. Die Wohnung war 18 Grad kalt und abgedunkelt. Wir konnten die Läden sowie auch die Fenster nicht öffnen, da geradewegs der Mauer-Putz hereinfiel. Auch den Balkon konnte man dadurch nicht nutzen. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und warmes Wasser war auch keines verfügbar. All dies war weder in der Information bei Booking.com noch in der Nachricht des Vermieters zu lesen. Nachdem wir vergebens versucht Heizung und Wasser warm zu bekommen, haben uns Nachbarn auf die Gas-Therme, dessen Über-Schrank uns fast entgegenkam, aufmerksam gemacht. Wenigsten konnten wir warmes Wasser erzeugen, doch die Heizung blieb kalt. Auch zeigte jeder der 3 TVs "kein Signal" an, wahrscheinlich fehlerhafte Verbindung zur Sat-Schüssel In einem Zimmer war eine der Spiegeltüren von dem Kleiderschrank an die Wand gestellt. Aus der Spülmaschine und den Schränken miefte es stark. Letztlich waren wir froh, dass wir nur 2 Nächte dort verbringen mussten. Gastfreundschaft ist anders!
