    High quality pub with accommodation

    We stayed in a new room on the side of the pub, which was very quiet - no noise from the pub or the nearby A47. Everything was very clean and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was very good at both breakfast and dinner.

    The room felt claustrophobic because a screen had been pushed up close to the window blocking the view out. There were three beer pulls but only Courage Directors was available - we would have appreciated more choice.
