    Comfortable and pleasant

    Location clean and tidy value for money

    Sofa in front room probably needs replacing collapsed one side we noticed on entering the property wasnt a big issue for us but could be for others also could benefit another armchair in the living area just a observation and personal choice,parking wasnt a issue when we first arrived but we managed to park nearby but may of been a nice touch to be given parking scratchcards although i do appreciate how differcult the parking is in scarborough.we also did notice the front door was regularly being slammed and loud at times by other residents but i appeciate this is not a reflextion on the hosts overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would reccomend to others.
