Wonderful cooked breakfast. Clean room and perfect location l. Peter was a lovely host
Parking is a nightmare in weymouth always has been. Hotel only had 2 permits but a great tip is we parked at the railway station for 3 days. Only £13 in total. Much better than £11 a day on the front.

The property is very old and needs badly renovating .very expensive.
Location is not bad
Property needs a total decorating., Carpet was very old and needs changing. Shower curtain and towels are dirty and old. The guesr owner does not cater the breakfast with the person working early atleast to give a pack one but nothing was offered so I did not really have any breakfast at all during the stay and no offer of refund or anything to compensate of not having the breakfast. The property is very old and the money he asked is not worth it.Very expensive to the quality of the property.

It's a great place for a short stay holiday in Weymouth
The hotel was nice but a bit tired looking . The owner was very charming, nice, and very helpful to us, he cooked the breakfast and cleaned the rooms. It was either a cooked meal or a choice of cereals, plus a choice of tea, coffee, or orange juice. The room was tidy but in need of a some TLC. It was a very small on-suit toilet and shower room. It was ideal for a short visIt was great that for a returnable deposit, you got a free parking ticket for the whole of your stay, but (see, don't like)
The free parking ticket was a great addition, but the actual parking space available was a good 10 minutes walk away in the Swanery Car Park. The stairs to the rooms are quite steep and narrow (not ideal for persons with carrying heavy weights (bags & cases). There is no direct parking outside to drop off cases, booking in and leaving.
