  Great location in the old city of Portofino…charming area, property was airy and spacious-perfect

  I liked the location and terrace.

  The door locks and door handles need to be fixed but other than that…one or two more nespresso pods would have been lovely.

  Dirty blanket on bed with blood crust and smelt, door handle to main door would come off. Didn’t feel like it locked safely

  not safe, everything’s broken

  me and my friend chose to stay here for one night while we were in Portofino it’s a beautiful apartment, however, no accommodations were made. For as much money as we are spending, you would expect to be able to hold the luggage somewhere on the property or even pay more for a later checkout or earlier check-in, however, none of these amenities were available. The air conditioning remote in the unit did not work, so me and my friend had to climb up on the chair and manually turn on the AC, with this being said, we could not adjust any of the AC settings. however, all of this would be fine if the door handle worked, before we arrived at the apartment, the host told us that we could not open the handle from the inside to the gate, saying that a previous guest had broken it yet they didn’t care to fix it before our arrival. on top of this, the door handle inside of the apartment to the outside was broken. The handle kept coming off and was unable to lock from the inside, therefore me and my friend had to sleep in the apartment with the door UNLOCKED. this would be fine if the hotel was less than 300 for a night however with charging 500 a night I think the door handles should work and I think I should feel safe while sleeping.

  Très décevant pour le prix

  Le logement est spacieux

  Tous les dysfonctionnements liés à un bien mal entretenu. Les photos ne sont plus d'actualité. Poignée de porte cassée, seconde baie vitrée qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir, une clim défectueuse et l'autre qui ne fonctionne pas du tout, absence d'ampoules dans plusieurs luminaires, pas de branchement pour la plancha, placards de cuisine cassés, pas de parking a proximité a part le seul de la commune a 80 euros par jour, terrasse salle, parasol cassé, transats abîmés....et aucune réponse du propriétaire ou de booking malgré tous les commentaires négatifs précédents et mes demandes par téléphone ou par mail
