    Great apartment for longer stay with balcony. view and the pool.

    Great apartment with everything you need. Big balcony with comfortable chairs and table, view of the ocean. We were surpised by the quality of living there. The pool is clean and nice. Quiet neighbourhood. All basic items for longer stay were present like cleaning stuff, spices, tea, coffee. There are even electric kettle, nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, hairdryer etc. 15 minutes by foot to La Arena beach. 30 minutes by foot to Los Gigantes.

    Parking space in the garage is for really small cars and super expereneced driver. We stayed in October and there were plenty of parking spots outside the building so we ahd no issues with that. The fan in the bedroom is working but it is really hot anyway in the night. My friend even decided to sleep in the living room - there was more air.
