    Disappointed

    It was pretty close to the center by feet

    We were quite disappointed with our stay. First of all, the apartment was not really clean when we arrived. The bed was also very uncomfortable, with a big dip in the middle of the mattress, which gave us back pain throughout the whole stay. We also had problems with the electricity whenever we tried to use the oven. The oven was very old and would make the electricity trip, so we couldn’t use it at all to cook. There was also a big problem with the shower. The drain was not properly cleaned, which caused the water to overflow and flood big part of the apartment. We had to deal with it and clean everything ourselves. The communication with the staff was also not great. We always had to contact them ourselves and follow up about the different problems instead of them checking in with us. And most of all, we were disappointed that after all these issues, no commercial gesture or compensation was offered. We think this would have been appreciated, especially considering how many problems we had during our stay. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t really recommend this apartment.

    Blatte in camera

    Nulla

    Camera piena di blatte che uscivano dal letto. Abbiamo chiamato la struttura che inizialmente ha detto fosse normale come cosa mentre successivamente, non credendo alle foto inviategli hanno detto che il giorno dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a controllare. Quindi per loro è normale dormire in queste condizioni. Non ci hanno voluto rimborsare e siamo stati costretti a cercare un’altra sistemazione. Condizioni veramente pessime.
