    Great hosts, it's a little bit of peace in spectacular surroundings.

    It's remote, so bring what you need. The nearest shop is 22km away but the beauty, silence and the night sky are spectacular. The water from the mountain is so fresh and clean, the walks are wonderful, it's a getaway in every sense.

    I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to nature and relax!

    We loved the remote location, beautiful surroundings and lovely walks in nature! We enjoyed being off the grid yet having WiFi. Ilse was very good about sending directions beforehand. There were lots of unexpected extras, tea, coffee, milk sugar, cooking oil, condiments, rusks, popcorn kernels and plenty of firewood to make a fire inside the built-in fireplace in the kitchen. We left the Farm feeling relaxed and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind and get back to basics.

    Disappointing

    Very dissappointed as we booked this venue as the pictures show a beautiful stone cottage which we were expecting to stay in (see pictures on the websites). Unfortunately, we were housed in a cottage next to the main farm house. Nothing wrong with this cottage but not what we were expecting
