  We had a wonderful stay at this villa and were pleasantly surprised. After reading some of the previous reviews, we had a few doubts before arriving, but in the end everything exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was beautiful and very clean. The villa had plenty of space for six people, and having three bathrooms was a huge advantage. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. Renting a car made our stay much easier, and we would definitely recommend it, as getting around without one would be quite difficult. We also enjoyed playing table tennis in the evenings. It was a nice way to stay active instead of spending the whole day relaxing by the pool. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily recommend this villa to others.

  The villa has been renovated from the outside and repainted white. Our navigation took us to the wrong location because we were looking for the old red villa shown in some of the photos. Fortunately, the person who was waiting for us kindly drove over, found us, and guided us to the correct place. Updating the photos would help future guests avoid the same confusion. There are also a few small details inside the villa that could be improved, although they did not affect our stay in any significant way. The table football has definitely seen better days, and the table tennis paddles are quite worn, probably after spending a long time in the sun. We brought our own paddles, so we were still able to enjoy some games in the evenings, but replacing the equipment would be a nice improvement for future guests.

  Still enjoyed ourselves

  Comfortable and well laid out.

  The paint scheme inside and out does not do the Villa justice, very peculiar. The drive from the road to the Villa was not fit to walk up, overgrown with sharp metal protruding from the wall.

  Mooi huis, maar viel tegen door het gebrek aan basisvoorzieningen en voortdurende bouwoverlast.

  Het huis is voorzien van airco’s en ruim ingedeeld met drie ruime slaapkamers. Het ligt op een rustige locatie op Rhodos, op enige afstand van de drukte. Het zwembad is een fijne toevoeging en het bord bij de weg maakt het huis goed vindbaar. Het zeewater bij het Prasonisi-strand in het zuiden was bovendien heerlijk warm om in te zwemmen.

  Het huis ligt op ruim een uur rijden van de luchthaven en op enige afstand ligt van de highlights waardoor een auto zeker nodig is. Het huis staat tussen een aantal niet afgebouwde huizen, maar wordt door een bord goed aangegeven. We werden na ontvangst zeer gehaast rondgeleid en ook de vragen werden zeer kort beantwoord. Dat kwam niet over als een warm welkom. Er zouden nog vuilniszakjes worden geregeld, maar die hebben we nooit gekregen. Het huis lijkt modern en comfortabel, maar dat is helaas niet helemaal het geval. Het is wel voorzien van airco's is ruim ingedeeld met drie ruime slaapkamers. Maar de keuken heeft niet voldoende servies voor alle gasten en er zijn ook geen basisvoorzieningen aanwezig, zoals olie, koffiecups, vaatwastabletten, vuilniszakken, etc. Er zijn slechts enkele toiletpapierrollen aanwezig. Ook is het water is niet drinkbaar. We moesten dus eerst op zoek naar een supermarkt. We vonden er een op 7km afstand. Later vonden we een goedkopere zo'n 50km verderop. Ook zijn er geen theedoeken en vaatdoekjes. Het warme water voor de kraan en de douche komt uit een reservoir dat wordt verwarmd met zonnepanelen. Voor 5 personen is er niet altijd voldoende warm water. Aan de afstandsbediening voor het hek zit een insteekkaartje die zorgt dat de stroom wordt ingeschakeld. Dus als je weggaat is de stroom eraf, waardoor de vaatwasser ook niet kan draaien als je weg bent. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd en in oktober is het water dan best koud. Het zeewater bij het Prasonisi strand in het zuiden was gelukkig warmer. Helaas werden we elke dag wakker van de bouwvakkers die in alle vijf huizen rondom aan het werk waren. Ook op zaterdag en zondag. Wij zijn daar niet van te voren over ingelicht, dus vraag vooral zelf voor het boeken of er gebouwd wordt.
