    Disappointing

    Good location

    It is not a hotel. As a solo woman traveler I booked this place and paid more because it was listed as a hotel. There is no reception. No one to ask about anything. The stairs are spiral and very difficult to navigate even with a just a carry on and there is not mention of that either.
