  A wonderful little hotel where every guest feels like a VIP—exceptional hospitality and a delicious breakfast.

  A wonderful little hotel with exceptional hospitality. Everything was spotless and well kept, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything matched the property description exactly. The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious—even much larger hotels don’t always match this standard. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, giving us plenty of useful recommendations on what to see and where to go. They were always happy to help, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. It felt as though every guest was treated like a VIP. Of all the places we stayed during our week travelling around Sicily, this was the one where the service truly stood out. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A lovely experience!

  Mooie grote kamer met terras en een goed bed en goede douche. Zeer vriendelijke gastheren en een naar Italiaanse normen uitgebreid ontbijt , zowel hartig als zoet.

  We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return.

  We stayed for 10 days in early September and have nothing but words of gratitude for Paolo and his team. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfectly smooth. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Paolo even shared great tips about local restaurants, beaches, and nearby attractions, and he even offered us his own transportation! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. They include a king-size bed, AC, TV and a decent-sized bathroom, as well as a spacious balcony. The entire property felt very safe and peaceful (even the outside gate is locked every day). Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh local ingredients and excellent coffee personally prepared by Paolo. The location is ideal, about a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and around 15 minutes from the centre of Avola. It’s close enough to everything, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Sicily!
