    Bardzo zadbany i ładny ogródek oraz bezpośrednie otoczenie wewnątrz ogrodzenia. Całość domku czysta, chociaż trochę wilgotna (wizyta była w lutym). Wyposażenie jest zgodne z opisem jeżeli chodzi o wszystkie rodzaje zgłaszanych udogodnień. Domek jest bardzo blisko plaży, a z ogrodu jest przepiękny widok na Etnę! (proponuję przycinać drzewka tak, żeby go nie zakryły). Ogromnym plusem jest bardzo miły i uczynny Gospodarz!

    Meble, właściwie wszystkie, ale przede wszystkim w kuchni, wymagają już wymiany na nowe, a całość jest już troszkę zużyta. Domek zbliża się już do remontu. Po wymianie mebli, usprawnieniu wentylacji, usprawnieniu górnej łazienki całość będzie 10/10. Teraz te elementy są 6-7/10. Wszystko jednak wciąż funkcjonuje, jest sprawne i czyste. Na kwestię okolicy i śmieci przy dwupasmówce gospodarz nie ma zbyt dużego wpływu, ale rzeczywiście jest z tym problem. Domek jest dość daleko od cywilizacji (tj. np. gastronomii w Fondachello lub Mascali), ale to widać już z mapy. Wynajęcie samochodu bardzo pomaga.
