DO NOT BOOK. Bed bugs, host that does not answer phones. Poorly maintained property for such money
Nothing. We had bed bugs and got bitten the entire stay
We had bed bugs the entire stay. We woke up to crawling live bed bugs in our beds with picture evidence. Host does not communicate despite using 3 platforms to contact. I had to contact booking.com to get in contact just for check in details. Checked in and on the first night we were woken up due to us being bit during our stay. The place is firstly and the house rules state you can’t wear shoes upstairs to protect carpet quality but there are stains everywhere and even the shower door is filthy. My main concern is the fact that after speaking to the neighbour they confirmed a family had stayed and had the same issue with bed bugs. The hosts needs to be removed and required to ensure that their guests have sufficient comfort ability. The fact that until today the host has not responded shows how unbothered they are about the poor quality of their air BnB. We had to clean the place and mattresses ourselves due to being ghosted by booking.com after lying about providing alternative accommodation. Please do not book if you don’t want to be bitten in your sleep. I have attached pictures instead of videos.

The location was quiet and a short bus ride from the nearest tube station.
Unfortunately there were bed bugs in all the rooms and myself and my young son were covered in bites. One of the bedrooms had no electric sockets working and got no reply at all when I messaged to inform them.

NEVER STAY HERE, BED BUG INFESTATION!!
Nothing, absolutely appalling. If you care 1% about your health you will look somewhere else. Everything is either, dirty or broken. Not fit for human life at all.
