It exceeded my expectations -- both in value and comfort.
It wasn't that hard to look for the hotel even when we arrived late at night. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, making sure that our stay was comfortable. Communication was easy because they all speak English. Special mention to (i) Wayne who took time explaining how to navigate within the area and the interesting places to see, (ii) Christian who took pride on the salted coffee he prepared for us, and (iii) Vivien who personally handled the setbacks we encountered. Overall, it is a safe, clean, friendly and convenient place to stay while in Hanoi.
There was a minor technical glitch on water supply but was resolved immediately.

Omina Hotel, if you would like to feel the spirit of Hanoi🥳
The staf was sublime, awesome, helpful and professional. Wayne, Nikki, Chris, Victor and Vikki did an amazing job during my stay. The location was ideal for me it’s located in the old quarter and nearby everything. The room was spacious and clean. I had everything that I needed. The WiFi was also good Communication during my stay for a advice, questions or a inquiry😎 I like how they are working, helping and guiding each other at Omina Hotel Vikki did an amazing job advising me regarding tour and must go places. The breakfast was good. Every day a variety of food and drinks. What I really appreciated from the staff is they prepared a breakfast for me before heading to the airport ❤️❤️. I really enjoyed it. The banana pancakes were delicious 😋
