Vista pittoresca sulle catene montuose e fascino storico.
Ristorante non altezza delle aspettative, caro, poca scelta, qualità scarsa con personale mal organizzato, lunghe attese per essere serviti, nonostante richiesta prenotazione. Struttura molto grande ma con poca possibilità e varietà di ristorazione, si rischia di rimanere a digiuno! Idem la colazione a buffet seppur abbastanza varia, non rifornita sufficientemente, personale disorganizzato e cara(pagato 91,45$ a coppia). Bevande calde servite fino alle 18 presso coffee bar, poi solo pub. Problemi anche sulla prenotazione che a loro risultava doppia.Rapporto qualità prezzo basso.

The view is not equal to the cost!!!
The location was wonderful. The food was great. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is lovely
The staff are predominately foreigners. Their English is heavily accented and difficult to follow. They want to help but don’t know their way around. The handicapped room we ordered for a person with mobility issues had a TUB. No walk in shower and when we asked to have the rooms next to each other or connected we were told it would not be possible. We made the reservation more than a month in advance. There was no mirror in the bathroom of the handicapped room or one in the room itself. There was no counter in the bath for toiletries… very sad indeed.
