Great potential and fantastic location, but requires much more attention and maintenance The house itself is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and has a great functional layout. Its biggest highlights are the natural shade on the terraces and the fantastic location — situated right next to arguably the best beach in the entire area. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is truly commendable. The house has huge potential to be a perfect vacation spot, but it is essential for the owners to take hygiene, furniture replacement, and basic property maintenance much more seriously.
Unfortunately, the overall impression was significantly spoiled by poor maintenance and a general feeling that the house has been neglected: The house has no window screens at all, making ventilation in the evening almost impossible as there are a lot of mosquitoes outside that immediately fly inside. Some of the floors and terraces were dirty upon our arrival, while the cushions for the patio chairs were dirty and had visible salt stains. Many of the terrace chairs are completely rusted, the living room armchair has collapsed, and the bedroom mattresses are very old and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedroom AC remote control was not working, and the TV had no signal at all and couldn't pick up any channels.

ОЧЕНЬ скрипучие двери . Сломанный круг на унитазе на первом этаже . Краны обжигающие, дети получили ожоги.( труба на кране горячей воды). Нет москитных сеток - а в Греции очень много комаров. Грязь во дворе, бумаги, сухая трава. Ощущение, что за домом и участком никто не смотрит. Мелкие детали, но они портят общее впечатление. Калитка не закрывается.
