    Amazing, would highly recommend

    Location was excellent, very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and helpful and rhetorical 24 hour food station was perfect. Fabulous nightly light and music experience and amazing views from the terrace

    Chanvre magnifique avec une vue splendide et un espace partagé très conviviale au dernier étage pour prendre ses repas.

    Hôtel idéalement situé près du temple Senso-ji d’Asakusa.

    Il manque une penderie pour rendre la chambre parfaitement confortable.

    The location is excellent along with the Japanese themed decor.

    Location and traditional Japanese look of the property

    It was difficult to express our dissatisfaction without being told to contact BOOKINGS.COM. We expected 2 beds for my niece and I but the YAGURA room offered a bunk bed like situation with only one small double bed. When we expressed that we are unable to sleep together we were offered a blanket ONLY free of charge. We requested a DUVET but they insisted we pay an additional 27 yen. We reported to BOOKINGS.COM who cannot get a response from OMO3. How are we expected to get a response to our complaint?

    We enjoyed every minute of our stay at OMO3 in Asakusa. Really super nice rooms!

    Very comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of room

    Maybe the availability of some of the food at the food station, like bread or cake was a bit limited at times
