Definetly recommend
I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because of the large number of people. There were only two people at the front desk and one person to manage the waiting list and the left baggage room. The system worked well, and we could sit down and wait our turn instead of standing in line with our baggage. It is a great location and very convenient.

Hotel was great, self-serve snack bar downstairs with a variety of options. Shower with multiple options was excellent, best shower I've ever used.

すすきのの繁華街から1本外れますが、周りに食べるところがいっぱいあり、特に近くの餃子屋さんがおいしかったです。地下鉄駅からも徒歩5分くらいですし行動もしやすく、施設も新しくきれいなので安心して泊まれました。

星野リゾートグループということで安いホテルですが期待していったところ、やはり安いホテルのサービスでした。ロケーション、設備、立地は全く問題ありませんが、スタッフサービスは及第点です。期待が大きくなければたぶん全く問題ありません。
