Perfect stay, dream location.
Could not pick a better location in Coles Bay. Waking up to Mt Amos and direct access to Richardson beach and a boardwalk was incredible. Had everything we needed in the home for 2 adults and 2 kids. Coffee etc was a lovely touch.
Just trouble with wifi - no biggie.

Amazing views, close to Richardsons beach. Walk to the beach down the slope in the garden straight onto the beach. Clean and tidy and everything we needed.

We did have lovely time and we enjoyed the balcony and views.
The views were amazing, beach at the bottom of the garden is beautiful and easy access into town the walks around Freycinet National Park
The first bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed and no bedside lamp, plus there was little floor space for our luggage. The bathroom with laundry, toilet and shower all together proved to be difficult for 2 couples. Perhaps hanging some mirrors in the bedrooms would help and there is a need for flyscreens on the bedroom doors leading outside.
