  Wir haben im Oktober drei wunderschöne Tage im Ona verbracht und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Hotel hat uns in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt: die gepflegten Anlagen, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die beiden Pools und natürlich das hervorragende Essen. Das Hotel besteht aus vier Gebäuden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue überrascht. Es gab eine große Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Speisen, darunter frisches Obst, verschiedene Joghurts, Rührei, Spiegeleier und leckere Croissants und Gebäck. Ein echtes Highlight für die Kinder war der Schokoladenbrunnen, der für strahlende Augen gesorgt hat! Auch das Abendessen war einfach köstlich. Von Nachos mit Guacamole über saftige BBQ-Rippchen bis hin zu frisch gegrilltem Fleisch und Fisch war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich, sodass wir jeden Abend etwas Neues probieren konnten. Ein großes Lob verdient auch das gesamte Personal. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen wurde und man sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühlte. Auch glutenfreies Brot wurde auf Nachfrage gerne angeboten. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.   An Excellent Stay – We Will Definitely Come Back!

  We spent three days at Ona Palmitara Palmera in October, and everything was perfect! From the food and the cleanliness of the rooms to the two swimming pools, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel consists of four buildings, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied selection and something different to enjoy every day. There were plenty of options for everyone, especially the little ones, who loved the chocolate fountain! There was also a great selection of croissants, pastries, scrambled and fried eggs, yoghurts in different flavours, fresh fruit, and much more. And what can we say about dinner? Absolutely delicious! Everything was fantastic, from the nachos with guacamole to the tender and flavourful BBQ pork ribs. There was always a great variety of meat and fish freshly cooked on the grill, so there was something different to enjoy every day. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Both the restaurant and dining room teams were wonderful and happy to accommodate special requests, such as providing gluten-free bread.

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel situé à Paguera, à Majorque. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ses beaux jardins, ses piscines, ses chambres spacieuses et, surtout, la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Nous avions choisi la formule demi-pension et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité et la variété des repas. Chaque matin, nous étions accueillis avec le sourire au restaurant et pouvions profiter d’un délicieux petit-déjeuner : salades, charcuterie, fromages frais, jambon serrano, champignons, saucisses, œufs brouillés et œufs au plat préparés à la demande par le personnel de cuisine. Les cookies, les donuts qui ont fait le bonheur des enfants et le bon café étaient également très appréciés ! Les dîners étaient tout aussi savoureux et variés, avec notamment des pizzas, des spécialités italiennes et, certains soirs, des plats mexicains. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts ! Les boissons étaient proposées à des prix raisonnables, aussi bien au restaurant qu’au bar. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances en famille et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
