  Nos dejaron en la calle después de avisar de nuestra llegada y nunca respondieron

  ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA I want to make this absolutely clear: I am not lying.!! We did go to your accommodation that evening, exactly as we had informed you through the Booking.com messaging system. We first informed you that we expected to arrive at around 10:00 p.m. and later updated you to say that we would arrive at approximately 10:30 p.m. None of those messages received any reply.!! This can easily be verified by Booking.com by checking the message history. When we arrived, we were unable to access the accommodation and we had no information or instructions from you about how to proceed with a late arrival. At around 10:30 p.m., on a rainy night, we therefore found ourselves in the street without accommodation and had to urgently find somewhere else to sleep. We can prove that we ended up staying and paying for another accommodation that same night, Hotel Hadjiite. I would simply ask: what possible reason would we have had to pay for another hotel if we had been able to access the accommodation we had already booked? For this reason, I find it particularly unfair to be accused of telling “complete lies”. I am describing exactly what happened to us. There is also something else that I find difficult to understand. If a guest tells you that they are going to arrive later than originally expected and then, according to you, does not arrive at all — especially late at night and in bad weather — did it not concern you that something might have happened to them?Did you at any point try to contact us to check that we were all right or to find out why we had apparently not arrived? We received no reply to our messages and no call or message asking whether everything was okay. My negative review was not written because you refused a free cancellation. It was written because "we arrived as we had said we would, received no response to our messages, could not access the accommodation and found ourselves without a place to stay at 10:30 p.m."

  Teníamos una reserva para la noche del 13 al 14 de julio. Mientras nos dirigíamos al alojamiento, y debido a un retraso imprevisto durante el viaje, avisamos previamente a través de Booking.com de que llegaríamos aproximadamente a las 22:00. No recibimos ninguna respuesta. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento, nos encontramos con la guesthouse completamente cerrada, sin luces, sin nadie que nos atendiera y sin ningún tipo de instrucción para poder acceder al establecimiento. Intentamos además contactar telefónicamente con el alojamiento, pero nadie respondió a nuestras llamadas. Lo más grave es que habíamos avisado previamente de nuestra hora aproximada de llegada y, aun así, nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros para facilitar el acceso ni para advertirnos de que existía algún problema con el check-in. Además, revisando las condiciones de la reserva, no aparece indicada ninguna hora máxima de llegada o check-in. Por tanto, resulta especialmente incomprensible que posteriormente la reserva fuera considerada un “no-show”, cuando nosotros sí acudimos al alojamiento y habíamos comunicado previamente nuestra llegada tardía. Como consecuencia de esta falta absoluta de organización y de asistencia, nos vimos obligados a buscar y pagar otro alojamiento a última hora de la noche, con el consiguiente gasto adicional, estrés e incertidumbre. Posteriormente enviamos una reclamación formal al alojamiento solicitando la devolución del importe, explicando detalladamente lo ocurrido. No hemos recibido absolutamente ninguna respuesta. Una cosa es que un alojamiento tenga unas determinadas condiciones de reserva y otra muy distinta es cobrar una estancia, dejar al huésped sin posibilidad de acceder al alojamiento después de haber avisado de su llegada y posteriormente ni siquiera responder a una reclamación. No recomendaría este alojamiento en absoluto.
