    La Spezia accomodation

    Great option to use as base for Cinque terre, owner excellent communication and support, very clean accomodation, great to have space of appartment and washing macbine.

    All as advertised for accomodation where stay La Spezia and use as base for visiting Cinque terre which is easy wirh train station 10 min walk away.

    C'était parfait

    Le logement est propre et spacieux, l'immeuble est sécurisé et les communs sont propres. L'immeuble est non loin de la gare à pied, ce qui permet de prendre le train très facilement pour aller aux Cinque Terre. Le centre de La Spezia est également à 20-25 minutes à pied. La cuisine est bien équipée même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée, nous avons pris nos repas à l'extérieur (il y a 2 bars à proximité pour prendre un petit-déjeuner à des tarifs très acceptables) Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais les instructions reçues par Whatsapp étaient claires pour le check-in et le check-out. Nous avons bénéficié d'une place de parking dans la cour privée, ce qui était très appréciable.

    La rue est assez fréquentée et impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit (heureusement il y a un climatiseur)
