    Everything we needed for a great stay and very easy to get around with the tram so close. Great holiday

    Cafe down stairs and then the tram through the door, so close to everything. Owner very responsive to any questions we had.

    The owner kindly informed us prior to arrival - Unfortunately, no fault of the owner, but the pool, spa and sauna weren’t available due to maintenance. The gym was good though.

    Location in Docklands was good. Tram Stop was basically across the road at the end of Collins Street

    Carparking was included with room. Height clearance of 2.1m. Easy access for a 4WD. Carpark was only metres from the room on basically the same level.

    Bed wasn't comfy. There was a lack of Bed Linen, there was no flat sheet or Blanket. The Lounge was not comfy. That the pool area was out of use due to repair works but I was not informed until days after I booked.
